As a first step of becoming a part of the Level Up community, you’re going to want to get your profile set up. Read this post for instructions on setting up your profile.
Profile photo
Add a profile photo to your account by navigating to the "My Profile" tab within the My Account menu. Click on the three-dots icon located above (and to the right) of your profile image.
When you click this option, you will be prompted to select “edit profile.”
From here, you can select the camera icon, which will allow you to add a new photo to your profile.
Make Profile Visible
Through the Community Portal, you can discover, meet, and connect with other members of the Level Up community. If you did not select "Show my profile in the Community Portal" when you originally signed up, navigate to the "My Profile" tab within the My Account menu. Below your profile image and name, you should select Make Profile Public or Join the community.
Displaying your profile in the Community Portal is a great way to network with peers in the industry, your profession, and even other fields.
Updated Contact Information
From the My Account page, you’ll be able to update all of your contact information such as phone number, address, and contact email. Be sure to keep this information up to date for account security, receiving communications, and securing any products purchased.
Add a bio
From the "My Profile" page, you have the option to add a short bio in the field “share something about yourself.” This is a great way to allow members of the community to learn a bit about you and your interests. We strongly suggest keeping this brief.
